Only exchange — no returns or refunds.

At House of Sogasu, we follow an exchange-only policy. Products purchased cannot be returned for a refund.

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
• Exchange is subject to product availability (size/colour/style).
• Sale / clearance items may not be eligible for exchange unless stated otherwise.
